Apple; From a West Country Orchard.

Crisp, Fresh and delicious – This is inspired by the abundance of beautiful, ripe apples all around us in the gardens and rambling orchards of Somerset. Each year we gauge the seasons by the blossom, buds, tiny fruits, growing so suddenly in the summer sun until all too soon, they’re shaken from the tree and taken away to be scoffed and quaffed. A bitter-sweet constant reminder of the years passing all too quickly. Carpe Diem!
